Dog Walks: Scottish Highlands, Coral Beaches on Isle of Skye Route:

At the opposite end of the car park to where you entered in your car is the gate access on to a gravel track through fields.  Just before you leave the car park though there is the information board regarding the Coral Beaches which is worth reading.

So exit the the car park on to the gravel track and follow it across the first field, you will then com to metal gates, pass through the gates and continue on the gravel track through the next field, you will drop down a slope, cross a small stream, and walk along the level for a short distance before the track forks.

Here on the left at where the track forks is the first and smaller of the Coral Beaches, take the left fork which soon runs out but you are aiming for a gap in the stone wall ahead, you will need to cross another stream first and then head for the gap in the stone wall ahead slightly over to your right.  After passing throught the gap in the stone wall follow the grassy path over the brow of the small hill, and as you emerge you are rewarded of fantastic views of the amazing Coral Beach ahead.

Continue down the grassy slope, and follow along the edge of the bay until you reach the Coral Beach.  The views are lovely here on a clear day, you can climb the small hill to the right known as Cnoc Mor a Ghrobain.  Seals are often seen in the waters here, and great views across to Lampay and Isay can be enjoyed too.

Your return journey is by the same route.
